SISTAR's Soyou discusses motherhood and dating views

In a recent YouTube video, former SISTAR member Soyou shared personal reflections regarding her views on pregnancy, motherhood, and dating. She revealed that her ultimate goal was once to become a mother, leading her to consider egg freezing when she turned 30 to ensure her health and fertility. However, she ultimately decided against the procedure due to a phobia of needles and concerns regarding the long-term storage conditions of frozen eggs.

Soyou also noted that the COVID-19 pandemic shifted her perspective on parenthood. She expressed hesitation about bringing a child into a world where they would face constant restrictions, such as mandatory masking, stating she felt sorry for children in such circumstances.

Additionally, Soyou discussed her preferences in dating. She noted a preference for partners who take care of their physical fitness, specifically mentioning an appreciation for a good fit in clothing and hip aesthetics. Regarding relationship dynamics, she described herself as a romantic but emphasized that she requires consistent communication, stating that sudden silence or pretending a conflict did not occur is unacceptable in a partner.
