Sitraemg discusses judicial career restructuring with CNJ

Representatives from the Sitraemg union met with Noemia Porto, a counselor for the National Council of Justice (CNJ), to discuss the restructuring of careers within the Union Judiciary (PJU).

Sitraemg emphasized the need for a restructuring that addresses internal and external salary asymmetries. The union is advocating for the '100/85/70' model to create a more balanced remuneration policy and reduce distortions between different segments of the career. Additionally, the union highlighted historical wage issues affecting judicial technicians and the current pay gap between the Judiciary and the Executive and Legislative branches.
