Sitraemg launches protection project for female members

Sitraemg has launched the ‘Mulher Protegida’ (Protected Woman) Project, an initiative designed to expand the support network for its female members. The program provides interdisciplinary legal and psychological assistance to women facing vulnerability, violence, or family conflicts.

The project utilizes a coordinated workflow involving specialized legal counsel and psychological support through the Department of Worker Health and Combatting Moral Harassment (DSTCAM). The process begins with legal intake and guidance, followed by psychological support when necessary, and can return to legal intervention to finalize judicial or extrajudicial measures.
