Sivasspor confirms injuries to Emre Gökay and Mehmet Feyzi Yıldırım

Sivasspor announced that two of its players were injured during a preparation match against Kayserispor. Forward Emre Gökay suffered a deep cut on his left foot, received five stitches, was given a tetanus vaccine and will remain under medical observation.

Mid‑fielder Mehmet Feyzi Yıldırım felt pain in his right hamstring during the game. MRI scans revealed a grade‑2 rupture of the semimembranosus muscle. He has begun treatment and will undergo a supervised rehabilitation program. Both players are expected to miss several weeks of training and matches.
