Sivica tambura ensemble holds first independent concert

The tambura ensemble ‘Dražen Kovač – Draš’, representing the Udruga žena Sivica, held its first independent concert titled ‘Nek’ tambura priča’ on October 18, 2026, in the Social Home in Sivica.

Founded in 2008, the 16-member group performs regularly throughout Međimurje and the Podturen Municipality. Led by Karlo Perhoč since 2020, the ensemble performed a variety of musical styles, including Međimurje folk songs, popular tambura hits, and classics by artists such as Balašević and Gabi Novak.

The event was attended by local officials, including Podturen Mayor Perica Hajdarović and Međimurje County Prefect Matija Posavec.
