Six Flags reports growth in season-pass visitation following portfolio overhaul
Six Flags Entertainment reported strong second-quarter 2026 performance following a major portfolio restructuring, which included the sale of seven non-core parks to EPR Properties. On a same-park basis, season-pass visitation increased by 10%, contributing to a 4% rise in same-park attendance, totaling 13.1 million visits. Same-park revenue grew 2.4% to $864 million, while Adjusted EBITDA increased 7% to approximately $249 million.
Management noted that customers are showing increased demand for higher-tier season passes and expanded membership offerings. This engagement helped drive growth despite having approximately 3% fewer operating days than the previous year. CEO John Reilly stated, “Guests continue to respond favorably to our flexible, benefit-rich season pass and membership offerings.”
In regional developments, Six Flags Over Georgia has launched its 2027 season passes, offering immediate access to the remainder of the 2026 season. The park is also preparing for its 60th anniversary in 2027.
