Six Flags to relocate corporate headquarters to Arlington, Texas

Six Flags Entertainment Corporation has announced it will relocate its corporate headquarters from Charlotte, North Carolina, to Arlington, Texas, by March 2027. The company will consolidate its personnel and decision-making at Choctaw Stadium, which has already housed a portion of its workforce since 2020.

President and CEO John Reilly stated that the move is intended to enhance collaboration, strengthen company culture, and improve coordination among executive leaders. The relocation follows the 2024 merger between Six Flags and Cedar Fair, an $8 billion deal that created North America’s largest amusement park operator.

The shift brings the headquarters back to the region where the original Six Flags park opened in 1961. The Arlington location places leadership closer to the company’s five Texas-based parks and provides a central hub for its 34 amusement parks, water parks, and nine resorts across North America.
