Six injured in multi-vehicle crash near Amorosi

Six young people were seriously injured in a multi-vehicle collision on the Fondovalle Isclero road in the Amorosi area. The accident, which occurred around 2:00 AM, involved four vehicles: a Jeep, an Audi, a Fiat 500, and a BMW.

Emergency responders, including firefighters from the Telese Terme detachment, Carabinieri, and 118 medical services, attended the scene. Firefighters performed complex extraction maneuvers to free occupants trapped inside the Jeep. All six victims were treated as critical cases (codice rosso) and transported to hospitals in Benevento.

The road remained closed throughout the night to facilitate rescue operations, vehicle removal, and technical investigations. Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the crash and determining responsibility.
