Six Ravens restaurant soft opens at Disney Springs

The gothic‑themed quick‑service concept Six Ravens, created by the team behind Gideon’s Bakehouse, began a soft opening on Monday, August 3 at 10 a.m. in The Landing area of Disney Springs, taking over the former Art of Shaving space. The launch uses a virtual‑queue system similar to Gideon’s Bakehouse to manage expected demand.

Six Ravens’ menu centers on the “Coffyn,” a hand‑pie‑like yeast roll filled with savory ingredients developed with several Central Florida chefs and restaurants. Coffyns are priced at $10.99 and are accompanied by sides such as smashed potatoes, dessert tarts, and a rotating selection of local draft beers from breweries including The Ravenous Pig and Sideward Brewing. Owner Steve Lewis, who started at Disney Springs with Gideon’s Bakehouse, said the venue will add breakfast items later after the soft‑opening phase.
