SIX: The Musical to end Broadway run in January 2027

The Tony Award-winning musical ‘SIX’ is scheduled to end its Broadway run at the Lena Horne Theatre on January 3, 2027. Created by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, the production re-imagines the six wives of Henry VIII as contemporary pop stars.

By the time the show closes, it is expected to have completed 2,178 performances. The musical holds the distinction of being the longest-running production in the history of the Lena Horne Theatre and ranks as the 40th longest-running show in Broadway history. The production has earned significant acclaim, including the 2022 Tony Award for Best Original Score.

While the Broadway production is concluding, ‘SIX’ will continue to perform elsewhere. The musical remains on stage in London’s West End, and touring productions are currently active across the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia.
