SJVN Limited reports record power generation and revenue growth

SJVN Limited reported record-breaking performance during the 2025-26 financial year at its 38th Annual General Meeting. The company achieved its highest-ever annual power generation of 13,302.390 million units and expanded its installed capacity by 1,730 MW.

Financial results showed significant growth, with consolidated revenue rising to ₹4,722.81 crore from ₹3,376.50 crore in the previous year. Consolidated Profit After Tax was reported at ₹641.85 crore. On a standalone basis, Profit After Tax reached ₹1,007.90 crore.

Key project milestones included: • The 1,500 MW Nathpa Jhakri Hydro Power Station surpassed 150 billion units of cumulative generation since its commissioning. • The 1,000 MW Bikaner Solar Power Project achieved full-capacity commercial operation and exceeded one billion units of cumulative generation. • The 412 MW Rampur Hydro Power Station recorded its highest annual generation of 2,108 million units. • The 1,320 MW Buxar Thermal Power Project saw its 660 MW Unit-I reach commercial operation, marking the company’s entry into large-scale thermal power generation.
