SK AX receives Minister's Award for AI talent training

SK AX has received the Minister's Award from South Korea's Ministry of Employment and Labor for its innovative generative AI talent cultivation programs. The company's internal AI training and certification systems were recognized at the Human Resources Development Conference held at COEX Magok.

SK AX's programs, 'AI Literacy' and 'AI Bootcamp,' have been officially recognized as Level 2 and Level 1 generative AI competency certifications, respectively. This marks the first and only instance in South Korea where an AI competency certification has received government recognition under the Corporate Qualification Government Recognition System.

The 'AI Literacy' program focuses on fundamental AI skills for all employees, including document creation, data structuring, and basic programming. The 'AI Bootcamp' is designed to train specialists capable of building customized AI agents that integrate with corporate data. To ensure fairness and reliability, SK AX has implemented management systems that reflect principles of safety, reliability, and transparency, including human oversight of evaluation results and ethical guidelines for AI usage.
