SK Innovation Ulsan CLX to showcase manufacturing AI at WAVE 2026

SK Innovation Ulsan CLX will showcase its manufacturing artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities at the WAVE 2026 (Ulsan World Future Industry Expo) held at the Ulsan Exhibition & Convention Center (UECO) from the 10th to the 12th.

Under the slogan ‘SK, Leading AX Future’, the exhibition focuses on the ‘Dual Brain’ concept. This integrated operating system combines ‘Brain AI’, which assists in human decision-making, with the decades of expertise held by Ulsan CLX engineers. The exhibit aims to demonstrate how SK Group’s AI value chain, spanning from semiconductors to data centers, can be applied to the refining and petrochemical industries.

Key exhibition zones include:

- Production Optimization AI Zone: Allows visitors to experience adjusting refinery operating conditions to optimize performance. - Predictive Maintenance AI Zone: Demonstrates how AI predicts equipment failure, aging, and lifespan to increase reliability. - SHE AI Zone: Features ‘SHEild’, a real-time video monitoring system enhanced with vision AI for safety, health, and environmental management. - AI Innovators Zone: Showcases AI agent projects developed directly by Ulsan CLX engineers.

Additionally, the exhibition includes AI startups collaborating with Ulsan CLX on manufacturing AI implementation.
