The research indicates a significant shift in corporate priorities: while 84% of companies using rental or lease services intend to switch providers upon contract expiration, only 7.5% cited low rental fees as their primary selection criterion.

Instead, businesses are increasingly seeking integrated services to reduce administrative burdens. Approximately 85.6% of respondents indicated that adopting integrated management services would improve work efficiency by more than 10%. Key pain points identified include the manual labor required for driving logs, receipt verification, and vehicle maintenance, which often causes disruptions to business schedules.

To address these needs, SK Rent-a-Car is offering several specialized services:

• SmartLink: A comprehensive management system that uses dedicated terminals to automatically generate driving logs and collect real-time data. • SmartCare Biz: A mobile application for managing vehicle registration, contracts, and fine notifications. • Maintenance and Accident Support: On-site maintenance services to reduce downtime and a one-stop accident repair service that handles everything from reporting to providing replacement vehicles.

The company also provides emergency mobile charging for electric vehicles and offers both new and used long-term rental options tailored to a company’s specific asset management policies.
