SK Rent-a-Car expands mobility services in Jeju

SK Rent-a-Car is expanding its mobility services in Jeju by transitioning its Jeju branch to a non-face-to-face vehicle departure process by the end of this month. This initiative aims to reduce waiting times for customers and improve the overall travel experience.

The company is enhancing its premium vehicle lineup by adding Toyota Alphard Hybrids and RAV4 Hybrids to its existing fleet, which includes the Volvo XC60 and Hyundai IONIQ 9. Additionally, SK Rent-a-Car has been operating approximately 60 vehicles equipped with Tesla’s ‘FSD (Full Self-Driving) Lite’ technology, which contributed to a 41.2% increase in September sales compared to June.

To elevate service quality, SK Rent-a-Car has appointed Son Jang-ho, a hospitality expert with experience in global hotel groups and large resorts, as the new head of the Jeju Business Division. The company is also strengthening its role as a marketing platform by collaborating with over 20 local and national brands and offering the ‘Jeju Drive Pass,’ which provides benefits at approximately 50 local tourist attractions.
