Samsung Galaxy Quantum 7 launched exclusively by SK Telecom in South Korea

SK Telecom has launched the Samsung Galaxy Quantum 7 exclusively in the South Korean market. Priced at 717,200 KRW, the device is a carrier-specific model designed to offer mid-range performance with enhanced security features.

The smartphone features a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Plus display with a 120Hz refresh rate and is powered by the Samsung Exynos 1680 chipset. It includes 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The hardware design is noted for being particularly slim and lightweight, measuring 6.9mm in thickness and weighing 179g.

Key features include a triple rear camera system led by a 50MP main sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and a 5MP macro lens. The device also integrates Samsung’s ‘Awesome Intelligence’ AI suite, which provides tools such as ‘Circle to Search’, ‘AI Eraser’, ‘Best Face’, and voice-to-text translation capabilities. The phone is rated IP68 for water and dust resistance and supports 45W fast charging.
