Skai launches 'The Quiz with Balls' game show hosted by Giannis Tsimitshilis

Greek broadcaster Skai has introduced a new game show called "The Quiz with Balls". The format, originally created by Talpa Studios, pits two teams of five family members, friends or colleagues against each other on an elevated platform above a four‑metre‑deep pool. Contestants answer multiple‑choice questions; a correct answer keeps them dry, while a wrong answer triggers a 1.8‑metre, 14‑kg ball that rolls onto the player, sending them into the water. Each episode offers a cash prize of €20,000 for the winning team.

A trailer for the show has already been released, showcasing the splash‑filled action and the comedic hosting style of Giannis Tsimitshilis, who previously presented other Skai programmes. The show is slated to debut in the new television season, promising a blend of knowledge, strategy and entertainment for a family audience.
