Skan AI raises $63 million to map enterprise workflows for AI agents

Skan AI has raised $63 million in a Series C funding round to advance its process intelligence platform. The company’s software is designed to map how enterprise work is performed by capturing anonymized metadata from employee desktops to provide a blueprint for AI agents.

The platform consists of three core products: Blueprint, which maps processes across teams; Intelligence, which identifies operational inefficiencies; and Agents, which deploys automation based on the workflows of top-performing employees. Skan AI reports that its technology has already been utilized by a quarter of the Fortune 50, several major U.S. banks, and the U.K.-based Mitie Group plc.

In one reported deployment at a large U.S. bank, the platform identified $37 million in operational friction. The subsequent use of AI agents based on these observations resulted in a 32% reduction in cost per transaction and an $18 million increase in annualized savings.
