Skanska begins second construction phase at Lillebytunet in Trondheim

Skanska has announced the commencement of the second construction phase of the Lillebytunet project in Trondheim, Norway. This decision follows strong sales performance for the development, even as the broader national housing market remains characterized by low activity and a scarcity of new construction starts.

The Lillebytunet project is designed to include a total of 117 owner-occupied apartments and seven terraced houses. The development aims to provide diverse housing options suitable for various life stages, ranging from small units for first-time buyers to larger family homes in a central location.

This phase is part of a larger transformation of the Lilleby area, converting a former industrial zone into a residential district.
