Skate champion Sandro Dias (Mineirinho) appears at events in Novo Hamburgo and Sapiranga

Three‑time world skate champion Sandro Dias, known as “Mineirinho”, took part in two youth‑focused events in Brazil on 6 August 2026. At the Feevale University campus in Novo Hamburgo, he gave a public talk as part of the institution’s welcome‑back program for students, which also featured cultural activities and a market fair.

Later the same morning, Mineirinho supervised a skate‑learning session at the Circuito RS de Skate in Sapiranga, offering guidance to children and teenagers. He highlighted his social project in Santo André, which supports roughly 90 youngsters, and stressed the importance of friendship, joy and proper instruction in skate culture.
