Skauci Europy begins new formation year in Poland

The European Scouts federation in Poland has inaugurated its new formation year with a ceremony held at the Church of Our Lady, Queen of the World in Radom. Recent statistical data indicates a 7% increase in membership compared to the previous year, bringing the total number of members to over 8,000.

Scout leader Paweł Lochyński noted the growth as a result of increased engagement and the desire for adventure among young people. The organization's membership includes 3,752 females and 4,340 males, with further breakdowns across different age branches including 2,950 cub scouts and 3,212 scouts. The federation also announced the addition of two new units: the 3rd Radom and 4th Lublin units.
