Sketch Co., Ltd. offers free recruitment consulting for SMEs

Sketch Co., Ltd., a consulting firm based in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, has announced that it will offer free online recruitment consultations for small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) owners and HR managers starting October 19, 2026. The program is limited to the first three companies that apply.

The consultations will be led by consultant Shota Fujii, a former corporate recruitment specialist who previously improved interview connection rates from internship participants to approximately 80%. The service aims to help companies identify bottlenecks in their new graduate recruitment processes, such as failing to convert internship attendees into interviewees or facing high job offer rejection rates.

Fujii’s approach focuses on identifying a company’s inherent strengths and translating them into effective communication for students, rather than simply increasing the number of recruitment activities. The sessions are designed for businesses struggling to manage recruitment alongside other duties or those looking to establish a new graduate hiring strategy from scratch.
