The consultations will be led by Ryuji Tamaki, an executive officer with over 25 years of experience in human resources, including roles within medical corporations. The program targets hospital, clinic, pharmacy, and nursing care facility managers and HR personnel facing challenges such as high recruitment costs, lack of specialized staff, or low application volumes.
