SKF and Skanska see positive shifts in market outlooks

Swedish companies SKF and Skanska are seeing positive adjustments in market outlooks. SEB has raised its price target for SKF, citing an expected acceleration in organic industrial growth to 3.8 percent in the third quarter, up from 1.4 percent in the previous quarter. Investors are also monitoring SKF’s upcoming interim report, which will provide details regarding the planned spinoff of its automotive division scheduled for December 1.

Separately, the fair value for Skanska B-shares has been adjusted upward to 287.50 SEK. This increase follows higher assumptions for growth, profitability, and price-to-earnings ratios. Skanska recently reported second-quarter revenue of 48.00 billion SEK, a 4.10 percent increase year-over-year, alongside a record order intake of 68.00 billion SEK.
