Ski Rostovo complex acquired by Tešanj-based Danial S

The Ski Rostovo tourist complex near Bugojno has a new owner. The company managing the facility, Danial S from Tešanj, has acquired the complex, marking a shift from foreign to domestic capital.

Previously, the 64,000-square-meter complex was owned by Al Shaabi Company d. o. o., which was backed by Qatari investor Ahmed Mohammed AA Al-Shaabi. The transition to domestic ownership follows a period where the complex was listed for sale earlier this year for approximately 800,000 euros.

The acquisition includes the Hotel Rostovo with 32 beds, an ethno-village with 50 beds, ski slopes, lifts, snow groomers, four large garages, and other supporting infrastructure. While the initial asking price was known, the final financial terms of the transaction between Danial S, led by businessman Haris Sejdić, and the previous owners have not been disclosed.
