Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe reunite to discuss 'Undisputed' split

Former 'Undisputed' co-hosts Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe reunited on the 'Club Shay Shay' podcast to discuss their 2023 split from Fox Sports. During the interview, Bayless and Sharpe addressed the heated on-air argument regarding Tom Brady that many believed caused their professional separation. Bayless characterized the incident as a miscommunication, while Sharpe noted that decision-makers at the network ultimately informed him the partnership was over.

Commenting on the reunion, Cam Newton criticized Bayless's account of the show's end. Newton accused Bayless of being untruthful regarding the reasons for the split, suggesting that Bayless failed to take accountability for disrespecting Sharpe's professional accomplishments. Newton argued that the show ended because of the way Bayless treated his colleague during their televised debates.
