SKN St. Pölten and Sturm Graz face UEFA Europa Cup qualifiers

Austrian women's football clubs SKN St. Pölten and Sturm Graz are set to compete in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Women's Europa Cup.

SKN St. Pölten will host Malmö in an attempt to secure a victory against the Swedish side. Coach Laurent Fassotte expressed optimism despite the challenge, noting the team's ability to compete on the European stage. St. Pölten holds a high coefficient in the competition, surpassed only by VfL Wolfsburg and Eintracht Frankfurt.

Sturm Graz will face German side VfL Wolfsburg in an away match. Sturm's sports director, Michael Erlitz, acknowledged Wolfsburg as a major opponent but stated the team intends to play bravely to establish a strong position for the return leg.
