Skoda Slavia sees deep price cuts in Vietnam sedan market
The B-segment sedan market in Vietnam is experiencing significant price competition, highlighted by a major discount on the Skoda Slavia. At a dealership in Ho Chi Minh City specializing in used cars, the standard manual version of the Slavia (Active trim) is being offered for between 380 million and 390 million VND.
This represents a reduction of approximately 78 to 88 million VND from its original listed price of 468 million VND. Although sold through a non-official dealership, the vehicles are reported to be 100% new. This price point places the European brand below several established Japanese and Korean competitors.
For comparison, standard versions of the Toyota Vios and Hyundai Accent remain above 400 million VND even after applying current promotions. The Honda City maintains a higher entry price, with its standard version costing over 430 million VND at dealerships.
