Skopje believers hold prayer procession for Mala Bogorodica

Hundreds of Orthodox Christian believers gathered in the center of Skopje for a prayerful litany to mark the upcoming feast of the Nativity of the Most Holy Mother of God, commonly known as Mala Bogorodica.

The procession followed a festive evening service at the ‘Nativity of the Most Holy Mother of God’ temple. During the march through the city streets, participants carried the icon of the Three-Handed Mother of God, praying for health, peace, and prosperity.

Skopje Mayor Orce Gjorgjievski joined the observance, offering messages of unity in faith and hope, and calling for the protection of every home and the city of Skopje.
