Skopje hosts artisanal bazaars and traditional craft events

Various cultural and artisanal events are taking place in Skopje from October 16 to 18, focusing on traditional crafts and handmade goods.

At Skopje City Mall, the Autumn Bazaar, titled ‘Colored Autumn, Handmade’, features 26 modern artisans and creative brands. The event showcases a variety of unique, small-series products including modern jewelry, filigree, epoxy resin items, ceramics, leather goods, and woodwork. The selection also includes organic cosmetics, scented candles, and decorative home items.

Simultaneously, the VERO Center is hosting the ‘Homemade with Love’ manifestation. This event emphasizes the preservation of cultural heritage through traditional flavors and handicrafts. A social component includes a creative workshop where elderly participants from the Red Cross Skopje’s active aging program will teach younger visitors traditional clay modeling and knitting techniques. Major brands such as Zito Lux, Mamas, Podravka, Alkaloid, Vitalia, Montenegro, and Buchen Kozjak are also participating in the program.
