SKY Express reports 12% rise in passenger traffic and 17% jump in flight revenue for Q2 2026

SKY Express recorded strong growth in its key operating indicators for the second quarter of 2026. Total passenger traffic (excluding public service flights) rose 12.3% and foreign passenger traffic surged 29.7% compared with the same quarter of 2025. The airline’s flight schedule expanded by 8.6%, while revenue from regular flights increased 16.7% year‑on‑year.

The carrier now serves 27 international destinations, with further additions planned, and has kept ticket prices unchanged despite higher international fuel prices. Chief Commercial Officer Gerasimos Skaltsas said the results demonstrate the company’s disciplined strategy and its growing appeal to international travellers as the tourism peak approaches.
