Sky Hope conducts over 400 medical airlifts in Greek islands

Filipos Fortoumas, the Member of Parliament for the Cyclades, visited Sky Hope at the former Paros airport to review the company’s medical airlift operations. Sky Hope operates in collaboration with the Velentzi Foundation to provide critical medical transport services across 28 islands in the Cyclades and Dodecanese regions.

In just 1.5 years, the organization has completed over 400 patient airlifts. The operation relies on close coordination with EKAB (the National Center for Emergency Care) to ensure rapid and safe access to hospital care for island residents facing geographic challenges and long distances from medical centers.
