Skykio hosts 23rd annual Almond Festival

The 23rd Almond Festival was held in Skykio, an event dedicated to highlighting local production, tradition, and the regional community. The festival is organized by the Women's Association of Skykio, led by President Katerina Drogouli.

During the event, Lambros Zarras, alongside MP Evangelia Liakouli, Maria Kosti of the People's Coalition of Tempi, and municipal councilor Ioannis Argyriou, emphasized the importance of supporting almond producers. They noted that supporting almond cultivation is essential for the local economy, rural areas, and the people who sustain the region.
