Skylum launches Luminar Neo 1.28 update and $80 lifetime bundle

Skylum released version 1.28.0 of its Luminar Neo photo‑editing app, merging the Catalog and Edit panels into a single workspace and adding a new navigation bar with breadcrumbs. The redesign places presets, tools, and AI features such as Upscale AI, GenErase, GenSwap, HDR Merge and Panorama Stitching together on the right sidebar, while the left sidebar now hosts the user account and education resources. Performance improvements include exports up to 27% faster, preset previews up to 3.8 times quicker, smoother batch editing and masking that uses up to 33% less memory. Camera support was expanded to include Leica SL3‑P, Leica M11‑P, Panasonic Lumix DC‑L10, Sony a7R VI and Sony a7 V, including compressed raw files.

In parallel, Skylum is offering a Luminar Neo Lifetime Bundle for $79.99 (regular $332), bundling the software with three‑hour landscape editing training, creative presets, LUTs, sky‑replacement packs and overlays for Windows and macOS users.
