Skymark residential tower to bring 340 homes to The Hague
Construction is advancing on Skymark, a new 104-meter-high residential tower located in the Binckhorst district of The Hague. Following the remediation of a former industrial site, the project has reached a new milestone in its development phase.
The tower will provide 340 residential units with a diverse housing mix, including 66 social rental homes, 104 mid-market rental homes, 72 free-sector rental homes, and 98 owner-occupied homes. Additionally, the ground floor will feature approximately 1,200 square meters of commercial space for shops and businesses.
Designed by De Zwarte Hond, the building features rounded corners intended to mitigate wind and noise disturbances. The project is a collaborative effort involving partners such as Amvest, Haag Wonen, and the construction firm Boele & van Eesteren. The first homes are expected to be available for sale in early 2028, with full completion and occupancy planned for 2030.
