Skyscanner has been ranked as the top flight comparison site for 2026, according to its Travel Trends 2026 report. The platform is noted for its flexibility in travel planning and destination discovery, searching approximately 100 billion prices daily across 1,200 travel partners in 52 countries.

The ranking evaluated six major tools: Skyscanner, Google Flights, Kayak, Momondo, Hopper, and Expedia. The assessment was based on the volume of fares searched, search flexibility for dates and destinations, clarity of fee disclosures, and unique platform features.

While Skyscanner leads in exploratory and flexible searching, other services offer specific advantages. Google Flights is recognized for speed, Kayak and Momondo are part of Booking Holdings, Hopper focuses on mobile-first price prediction, and Expedia operates as a full-service online travel agency for bundled bookings.
