SkySong Innovation Center in Scottsdale attracts 63,000 visitors each year
The SkySong campus, Arizona State University’s Scottsdale Innovation Center, has marked its 20th anniversary as a hub for companies, entrepreneurs and innovators. It hosts roughly 4,500 meetings and events annually, drawing an estimated 63,000 visitors for conferences, business gatherings, educational programs and community activities.
The 42‑acre mixed‑use development offers 15 meeting spaces across two buildings, including boardrooms and a 4,600‑square‑foot multipurpose hall, plus outdoor gathering areas under an iconic shade structure. According to Sharon Harper, chairman and CEO of Plaza Companies and master developer of SkySong, “SkySong has always been envisioned as a gathering place for innovation… Every day, people come here to exchange ideas, build relationships and find opportunities to work together.” The center serves tenant companies, ASU units, government agencies and community organizations, linking them with the surrounding South Scottsdale community.
