Skywalker Grill to open at Lucas Museum of Narrative Art
The Skywalker Grill, a signature full-service restaurant, is set to open on September 22 atop the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art in Los Angeles. Located in Exposition Park, the dining venue will be open to both museum visitors and the general public for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.
Inspired by the hospitality of George Lucas’ Skywalker Ranch, the menu will focus on classic American cuisine and California-grown ingredients. Featured dishes include Dungeness crab cakes, lobster corn dogs, honey miso glazed salmon, and the Skywalker Ranch Wagyu burger.
Designed by the Los Angeles office of Rockwell Group, the restaurant features a contemporary and Midcentury Modern aesthetic. The interior includes cherry wood paneling, white onyx Corian surfaces, a sculptural central bar, and a private dining room with switch-glass walls. The facility also offers an outdoor terrace with panoramic views of the city.
