Skyworks Solutions extends Qorvo bond exchange deadline
Skyworks Solutions is extending the deadline for its exchange offers regarding Qorvo’s senior notes. As of September 11, 2026, bondholders have tendered over 90% of two separate note series: $772.253 million of the 2029 notes and $654.035 million of the 2031 notes. The exchange offers, which involve up to $1.55 billion in new Skyworks notes, are contingent upon the successful closing of mergers where Qorvo will merge into a Skyworks subsidiary.
