SL Benfica and Adidas extend partnership until 2033

SL Benfica and Adidas have officially extended their long-standing partnership through 2033. The new six-year agreement is valued at approximately €20 million per season, totaling roughly €120 million over the duration of the contract.

Beyond the supply of official kits and technical equipment, the deal includes the naming rights for the club’s training and youth academy center, which will now be known as the ‘Adidas Benfica Campus’.

This collaboration marks one of the longest-running partnerships in Portuguese football. Adidas first equipped the club between 1983 and 1990, before beginning a continuous relationship in the 1997-1998 season. Benfica President Rui Costa noted that the naming rights reinforce the strategic importance of the facility for developing future generations of talent.
