SL Benfica players Lukebakio and Moreira facing departures

Several players are reportedly facing departures from SL Benfica as they fall out of the coaching staff's plans.

Belgian international winger Dodi Lukebakio is expected to leave the club permanently. Despite rumors linking him to Besiktas, reports indicate that a move to the Turkish club is unlikely following their recent signing of Ernest Poku. Lukebakio has seen limited playing time under coach Marco Silva, appearing only briefly in the first two league matches.

Additionally, Luxembourg international Tomas Moreira appears to be heading toward a departure. The 19-year-old midfielder, who previously played regularly for Benfica B in the Portuguese second division, has not featured in the recent start of the Liga 2 season and is reportedly no longer part of the reserve team's plans.
