Slađa Delibašić reveals split with ex‑husband Đole Đogani and comments on his new wife Vesna

Serbian singer Slađa Delibašić spoke openly about her former marriage to Đole Đogani, describing how the couple met in their teens, married in 1987 and later divorced after more than two decades. She recounted that Đogani handled finances while she organized the household, and that the partnership lacked mutual artistic chemistry.

Delibašić also addressed Đogani’s current wife Vesna, saying she “fulfilled her lifelong dream” and expressing that she had hoped Vesna would thank her for leaving. The duo’s children – daughters Silvija and Marinel – remain close to Delibašić, who now spends most of her time with them and her grandchildren. Rumors of a recent divorce between Đogani and Vesna have been denied.

Both interviews highlighted Delibašić’s continued prominence in the Balkan entertainment scene despite stepping back from music, and the lasting public interest in the former “denser” couple’s personal lives.
