Slatina begins asphalt works on Abatorului Street after 36 years

Asphalting works have commenced on Abatorului Street in Slatina, marking the first modernization of the road in over 36 years. Slatina Mayor Mario De Mezzo visited the construction site to monitor progress and meet with both the contractor and local residents.

The local administration noted that previous administrations had made unfulfilled promises regarding the road's condition. Mayor De Mezzo stated that the project must adhere to the schedule to ensure residents can utilize the new asphalt before winter.
