Slatina hosts wine and gastronomy event under Sequoia

The “Wine Story Under the Sequoia” event was held at the EPI Center Sequoia in Slatina as part of the “Wine Not!?” Slavonia and Podravina Wine and Appetizer Festival. The evening integrated local wines from the Virovitica-Podravina County with gastronomy, music, and historical narratives about Slatina.

Enologist Ivana Nemet presented several wines, including the Slatinski biser sparkling Chardonnay from Stari podrum, Sauvignon Blanc Martin Albus from PP Orahovica, and the Čaruga red blend from Apolitico Winery. Gastronomy was provided by Sandra Jadek, while Srđan Đuričić, director of the Slatina Regional Museum, shared historical insights about the town. The event featured musical performances by the Intermezzo band.
