Slatina signs cooperation agreements with Faculty of Economics in Osijek

The City of Slatina and the Slatina City Development Agency have signed cooperation agreements with the Faculty of Economics in Osijek. The agreements, signed on October 7, establish an institutional framework for scientific and professional collaboration.

The partnership aims to foster economic and social development in Slatina by connecting the academic community with local public administration. Key components of the agreement include the exchange of knowledge and expertise to improve the formulation and implementation of local development policies.

A significant aspect of the cooperation is the provision of professional internships for students from the Faculty of Economics in Osijek. These internships will allow students to gain practical experience and insight into the operations of local self-government units and development activities, bridging the gap between academic education and the needs of the local labor market.
