Slaughter To Prevail releases new “Koschei” video from album Grizzly

Russian metal band Slaughter To Prevail has debuted the official music video for the track “Koschei,” a song taken from their latest album Grizzly released through Sumerian Records. The video expands the album’s cinematic world and features a lyric change to the Latin phrase “Corpus mortale, animus immortalis,” which vocalist Alex Terrible says underscores the song’s theme of an immortal soul beyond the mortal body.

Terrible explains that the track draws on the Slavic legend of Koschei the Immortal, whose hidden death represents a struggle against material obsession and the endurance of essence after physical death. The band is currently on a European tour, with upcoming dates in Romania, Germany, Spain, Belgium, the United Kingdom, France and the Netherlands.

The release adds visual depth to the heavy‑metal record while the tour promotes Grizzly across the continent.
