SLC Agrícola approves R$ 515.5 million agribusiness bond issuance
SLC Agrícola has approved its first issuance of Rural Product Notes with financial settlement (CPR-F), totaling R$ 515.48 million. The company will issue 515,480 notes, each with a nominal value of R$ 1,000 and a maturity date of September 15, 2033.
The notes will offer remuneration equivalent to 95.5% of the accumulated DI rate variation. Principal payments are scheduled to be amortized in two equal installments, with payments due on September 15, 2031, and at the final maturity date. To secure the obligations, Banco Bradesco will provide a bank guarantee covering 100% of the outstanding balance plus interest and charges.
Bradesco BBI will serve as the lead coordinator for the operation, which is intended exclusively for professional investors. The funds raised will be used for agribusiness activities, including the production, marketing, and processing of agricultural products, as well as related costs and investments. The company noted that the capital will be fully contracted through a US dollar swap, meaning the debt cost will track the US dollar variation plus a spread of 6.15% per year.
