A study involving thousands of participants suggests that sleep quality has a more significant impact on these areas than factors such as diet, physical activity, or screen time. Findings also indicate a link between sleep deficits and social challenges in adolescents, suggesting that for businesses, sleep should be viewed as a fundamental component of team functionality and work-life balance.
