Sleep solutions: Choosing hybrid mattresses and children's beds

Guidance is provided regarding the selection of sleep products and furniture, focusing on hybrid mattresses and children's wooden beds.

Hybrid mattresses are noted for combining pocket springs with advanced foam layers, such as memory foam or latex. This design aims to provide targeted support and reduce motion transfer, which is beneficial for couples. By using independent springs, these mattresses can better accommodate body pressure points and improve circulation.

For children, selecting a wooden bed involves considering growth stages and room dimensions. Transitioning from a crib to a larger bed typically occurs around ages two or three. Recommended mattress sizes vary by age, ranging from 70x140 cm for toddlers to 90x200 cm for older children, the latter of which can accommodate teenagers and simplify future purchases.
