Sleman Regency addresses healthcare worker shortage through recruitment

Sleman Regency is currently facing a shortage of healthcare workers to meet the needs of public health services. According to the Sleman District Health Office, the current number of available health workers is approximately 1,050, which remains below the ideal requirement of 1,562 based on workload analysis.

To address this gap, the Health Office is pursuing two recruitment paths: applying for Civil Servant (ASN) formations through the central government and conducting recruitment for Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) personnel. The BLUD recruitment process is being managed in collaboration with a third-party vendor, Royal Abadi Medika. Following the completion of the administrative selection phase, successful candidates will proceed to a Computer Based Test (CBT).
